Attend

Attend is a membership organisation which promotes and develops the role of volunteers in our health and social care services by providing support with insurance, funding for projects and networking opportunities.

Hospital Broadcasting Association (HBA)

The Hospital Broadcasting Association is a national charity, promoting and supporting hospital broadcasting in the UK.

National Association of Voluntary Service Managers (NAVSM)

NAVSM is an association of members drawn from the health and social care sectors who provide support, training and networking opportunities to enhance the quality and professional service to the volunteers they manage.

TimeBank

TimeBank is a national charity founded in 2000 to inspire people to give time.
It spreads the message that volunteering can be relevant to everybody and create positive social impact, with over 250,000 volunteers registered to date.

WRVS

Formed as the Women’s Voluntary Service in 1938, today 60,000 men and women volunteer to help isolated older people to retain their independence. WRVS also help people affected by emergencies and disasters throughout the UK.

Age Concern

Age Concern provides direct essential services such as day care and information to over a million older people each year – allowing them to live as independently as possible for as long as possible. Age Concern also campaigns on issues such as age discrimination and pensions.

Music in Hospitals

Music in Hospitals (MiH) is a charity whose mission is to improve the quality of life for adults and children with all kinds of illness and disability. MiH brings the joy and therapeutic benefits of professionally performed live music to hospitals, hospices, day care centres, special needs schools, nursing and residential homes. MiH’s vision is to reach out to every healthcare establishment across the UK through MiH concerts.
